Let be honest, weddings are All about the bride.  The outfits, the makeup, her walk down the aisle, and grand entrance.  The Only time the groom really gets his time to shine is that small window of 30 mins to an hour during the groom’s procession known as the Baraat Ceremony!

The Dhol Beat International team is here to make sure that grooms baraat is festive, energetic, and unforgettable.  Here are some unique ways we make that happen!!

1. The DBI Baraat- Mobile! Instead of your typical pickup truck or suv, the DBI team has created the ultimate custom designed Baraat Mobile!  This vehicle is beautifully decorated with bright colors and festive Indian inspired designs.  It also features a nice lift which serves as a stage perfect for photographers and of course for the groom to jump up on and get his friends and family pumped up for his big day!

2. “Add some Color”.  This effect is to add some colored smoke effects to the baraat.  The Dbi Team can provide colored smoke sticks in a variety of vibrant colors to add a really cool burst of color and excitement to the Baraat.  One great feature is that there’s no heat or fire required to use them. It’s a simple wire pull color system, and best of all its colored smoke that doesn’t stain the exquisite Indian outfits that the groom’s friends and family are wearing.

3. “Bringing out the big guns”!  a Co2 blaster gun is one of the newest ideas our team has come up with to make the baraat unforgettable.  We like to invite the groom on the DBI-Mobile’s stage lift and do a countdown to BLAST OFF!  The Co2 gun not only provides a cool fog blast but it also has a cooling effect perfect for those Hott Texas morning Baraats.

4.  Flash Mob!!!  What better time to plan a surprise performance. You don’t need a stage, and you’ll have everyone’s attention.  We have even seen the bride side do a flash mob performance to “show the grooms side up”!  These days with youtube and skype it’s easier than ever to coordinate a surprise dance!

5. Customizing the Music.  Mixing up the music to your personal style and taste is what we do!  These days it’s not uncommon to throw in a variety of music during the grooms procession.  Of course we want the top bollywood hits to get the family and friends pumped up, but many grooms want a special ending song, or something specifically for his groomsmen.  More and more we’re seeing fusion weddings where the grooms side might not even be indian.  We have thrown in some hip hop, edm, and latin tracks but as always, we keep it classy!
